We all know that plans often change. At CityPASS, you can return your tickets if you decide you don’t want to use them. They offer 365-day risk-free returns on CityPASS products for a full refund if tickets are not used.
Unfortunately, they are usually unable to offer refunds for unused theme park tickets. If there is a special case, submit a request, and they’ll evaluate it on a case-by-case basis. Follow these steps to request a refund:
- Click on the link that says “Refund Request”
- Scroll down, and you will see boxes to type your information in
- Fill out the prompted information and press “Submit”
- The team will review your request, and you’ll receive an email to let you know if your return was approved
