- 2.Use the pre-paid return label provided on the website
- 3.Drop off the package at your nearest post office or your mailbox
- 4.Keep the tracking number for your records
- 5.You can track your package online with your Travelsmith account
- 6.The travel fee will be deducted from your refund
- 7.You’ll either receive store credit or a full refund within 2-3 business days after receipt
You can even return an item up to 90 days after purchase for store credit. Feel free to use your own mail service to return your item if you do not want to use the label available online.
