Need to return an item to Best Buy? No problem? Most products have a standard 15-day return policy. However, if you are a My Best Buy Plus™ and My Best Buy Total™ member, you have 60 days to return your items.
If you buy an activatable device such as a cell phone, tablet, mobile hotspot or wearable, you have 14 days to return your items. My Best Buy Plus™ and My Best Buy Total™ members have 14 days to return these items as well. Keep in mind, these types of items have a $45 returns fee. This does not include, however, prepaid phones. Other items such as drones, digital cameras and lenses, electric bikes, and more have a 15% restocking fee.
Final sale, custom orders, and personalized orders, and more cannot be returned. When you return items, they must be in like-new condition. Any items that are damaged, dented, scratched, unsanitary, missing major components or original tags may be denied for a refund.
