AutoZone accepts returns for all products purchased in a 90 day period. You can return items both in-store and online.
To return an item in-store, you will need:
- The item and its original packaging
- Your original method of payment
- Your receipt
MyZone members can use their 16-digit membership number or the phone number on your account to look up your receipt if you don't have it anymore. This saves on time and hassle.
You can also return an item to the Autozone.com fulfillment center. First, drain fluids from the product (if applicable). Then, fill out the Return Form in Section B of your Shipping Invoice. Include this with the product in its original packaging.
AutoZone will supply you with a prepaid return label in the event of a shipping error or a product defect.
