If you’ve got the wrong part or you end up not needing a part, you’re covered. CarParts.com accepts unused parts for up to 90 days after your purchase. Just contact their team to get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and return your parts for a full refund.
You must cover the cost of return shipping. Make sure you include all original parts, components, and accessories that were included in your package. You should also note that not all products are returnable. Here are some of the primary exclusions:
- Service manuals, unless sealed and in original condition
- Special-order or custom-made products
- Parts that have been painted or modified
- Any item that has been installed, disassembled, mounted, or used in any way
