It’s not always easy to find the clothing that fits you perfectly and make you feel confident. But if you get a piece of clothing that’s not quite right, it’s easy to return or exchange it.
As long as you have your original receipt or packing slip, you can initiate a return within 60 days for any item you purchased at Torrid, with only a few restrictions:
- Clearance items cannot be returned
- Intimates, cosmetics, panties, tights, and other items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons
- Bras and bralettes can only be returned if they have the tags and no visible signs of wear
- Merchandise cannot be washed or worn and must be in the original packaging
To return the items you bought from Torrid, you can either return it by mail, or visit your local Torrid store.
To return by mail, visit Torrid.com and log into your account to print out a self-serve return form. Then, package your items with the return form, and send them to Torrid. Your refund will take 2-4 weeks to process. You’re responsible for paying for all shipping charges.
It’s often easier to return your items to a Torrid store. Just find a store near you, bring your item and packing slip, and head to the returns desk. You’ll be refunded to your original method of payment.
