Shopping from J. Jill is easy, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, making a return is even easier. You’ll have 90 days from the original date that you made your purchase to return any items you ordered that didn’t work out for you.
In order for your items to be qualified for a refund, you’ll have to make sure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and with all of the original packaging and tags included in the return package.
To start making your return:
- Go to the Customer Service section of the Order Status page
- Hit “Initiate your return”
- Follow the instructions to print your shipping label
- Attach the label to your return package
Once your return has been processed, you’ll get a refund back to your original form of payment, less $6 to pay for return costs.
