Not completely satisfied with your new merchandise? Whether you purchased your latest order with an MLB Shop promo code or not, you’ll still be eligible to return your items within 90 days from when you placed your order to get a full refund.

To return your items, all you have to do is enter your email address and order number in the fields provided on the Returns Center page. If you can’t find your order number, then check the box that says “I don't remember my Order ID.”

Afterward, click on the “Start a Return” button and follow the steps to receive your pre-paid return label. Then repackage your unworn and unused items with all of the original tags attached and send them back to MLB Shop.

Your returned items will take up to 10 business days to be processed. When they are processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation and your refund within 2 to 7 business days.
