To qualify for a return, you must have the following:
- You’ll need to receive an RMA number from Nautilus, the manufacturer that sells Bowflex machines
- The product(s) must be returned within the appropriate time frame
- Merchandise must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging
- In addition, the product must have all original accessories and equipment included
