It’s a shame that your order didn’t’ work out, but there’s good news, returns are easy with W Concept. To get started, simply create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and wait for your return label to be sent to you. Once you receive your return label, your package must be shipped back within 2-3 business days.
