Here are the general return policies on each category:

Local – Your voucher can always be redeemed at the company you purchased it for even if it has expired. Any unredeemed voucher can be returned within three days after purchase for a full refund. Once the three days have passed, you can no longer receive a refund as all sales are final.

Escapes – If the company is unable to book the stay you want during the dates you purchased, your voucher will be refunded. If the book-by date passes and you have not yet planned your trip, the promotional value is no longer redeemable, but you can still use what you paid on your voucher as credit towards the merchant.

Shop – You can return most merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund unless otherwise stated on your voucher. Shipping charges are not covered on returns resulting in customer’s preference or change of mind. Once the thirty days have passed, returns are no longer accepted.

Ticketed Events – Most ticketed sales are final and cannot be refunded.
