It’s easy to return an online Finish Line purchase if you don’t like the item or it doesn’t live up to your expectations. The easiest way is to return it to a Finish Line store. You’ll need:

1. A photo ID
2. Your packing slip
3. The item (in unworn condition)
4. Items with original tags still on
5. Your original form of payment

Walk in, head to customer service, and get your refund. Make sure you return your item within 45 days.

You can also return items by mail by visiting the Finish Line website and following the steps outlined in the return guide. It will take much longer for your refund to appear, however. And you can only return items – exchanges are not supported.
