Kids rule, but spending a ton on their clothes isn’t cool. Enter The Children’s Place with adorable outfits at affordable prices. And even though the sweet tees and dungarees start at a good price point, we have even more ways to help you save on everything you’ll need to keep your kids looking stylish. Keep reading to learn the best tips and tricks for saving money at The Children’s Place.

1. Join My Place Rewards

The Children’s Place has a generous rewards program, My Place Rewards, that gives you one point for every $1 you spend. Once you hit 100 points, you’ll receive a $5 reward to use on any future purchase.

Joining the program is free and sets you up to take advantage of a host of benefits, including bonus events and opportunities to earn extra points. In addition, you’ll get access to the Birthday Club, which gives you 20% off during your kiddo’s birth month, a chance to win $100 in gift cards and exclusive partner perks.

2. Get the My Place Rewards Credit Card

You can really power up your purchases by signing up for the My Place Rewards Credit Card. You’ll earn two points for every $1 spent, which means you’ll receive a $5 reward for every $50 you spend. Plus, you’ll save 30% on your first purchase and will get a 20% off coupon to use later. You’ll also get a Birthday Club discount of 25%, in addition to other benefits.

3. Shop during PLACE Bucks promotions

These special sales events happen regularly, but you don’t want to miss out because you’ll earn $10 in PLACE Bucks when you spend $20. PLACE Bucks are vouchers that can be used on future purchases, and there’s no limit to how much you can earn. You don’t have to be a My Place Rewards member to earn PLACE Bucks, but rewards members get a sweet double-dip because they’ll earn Rewards Cash at the same time they’re getting PLACE Bucks.

The Children’s Place keeps the savings coming by holding Double PLACE Bucks events, where you’ll get two $10 PLACE Bucks vouchers when you spend $20. The double PLACE Bucks promotions tend to follow the regular PLACE Bucks events by a few weeks.

If you want to be crowned the savviest of all the shoppers, you’ll shop the regular PLACE Bucks promotion when it starts, so you’ll earn both PLACE Bucks and My Place Rewards points. Then, when the Double PLACE Bucks event begins a few weeks later, the My Place Rewards points you earned during the first event will convert to a My Place Rewards certificate to use during the double points event. Huzzah on becoming savings royalty!

4. Stack rewards

There are tons of ways to make the most of your savings, but the very best way is to stack your rewards. At The Children’s Place, you can sometimes get up to six times the savings. Seriously.

Start your savings bonanza by shopping during the PLACE Bucks promotion (more on that later). You can earn $10 in PLACE Bucks for every $20 you spend during this special promotion period. PLACE Bucks can be used like regular cash on your next purchase. You can combine up to six PLACE Bucks rewards, for a total of $60 off orders of $120 or more. Even better, you can combine PLACE Bucks with other The Children’s Place coupons like the ones found on our coupon page. If you want to ramp up the savings, combine a My Place Rewards certificate, up to $200, with PLACE Bucks rewards.

What do you do if you have more than six PLACE Bucks rewards? Easy! Just split them up over multiple orders or use them next month.

5. Mark Your Calendar for Friends and Family sales

We love our friends and adore our families, so we’re the first to take advantage of a good Friends and Family sale. During these sales, held in March, July and October, The Children’s Place offers 30% off in the store and online. Plus, you can combine this discount with other coupons.

6. Look at Online Sales and the Clearance Section

The Children’s Place is always running some kind of sale, and it’s easy to see all of them right when you land on the homepage. But, if you’re really looking for the best bargains, head right to the Clearance section. There, you’ll be able to save as much as 80% on graphic tees, button-down shirts, joggers, shorts, accessories, pajamas, shoes and more. As with most clearance items, quantities and sizes are limited. And, with free shipping on every order, you won’t have to worry about those pesky minimum spends.

7. Get a Price Adjustment

Isn’t it frustrating when you buy something only to see it go on sale days later? If that happens at The Children’s Place, you can request a price adjustment. If you paid full price for your items and they go on sale within seven days, contact customer service to start the process for online orders. Or, take your receipt to the store and they’ll issue a credit in the original form of payment.

8. Get Connected and Refer Friends

It’s easy to get additional savings by signing up for emails and texts. You’ll get $10 off for each signup, one for email and one for text. To get one or both, visit ChildrensPlace.com and click “Coupons” at the bottom of the homepage. Once there, you’ll have the option to sign up for emails, which will help you stay up to date on the latest sales and keep tabs on all your rewards. And, you can opt in to receive text alerts to get offers sent right to your phone.

In addition, you can earn yet another $10 off by referring friends and family. Just send your personal referral link to them, and they’ll get an instant $10 off coupon to use on their first order over $40. Once they complete their order, you’ll get $10, too.

We know how hard it can be to keep your kids outfitted in cute clothes without spending a fortune. We hope these money-saving hacks will help you get the most out of shopping for your littles at The Children’s Place.
