If you’re not happy with what you ordered, you’ll have 30 days from the date it was ordered to send it back. Some items are exempt from being returned including clearance items, bathing suits, lingerie, accessories, costumes, and all final sale items.
To return your items and get store credit, all you have to do is request a return authorization number right from your online account. When you submit your online return form, the customer service team will confirm your return authorization number by email.
Then, repackage the items that you listed on your online return form and then write or print your return authorization number on the outside of the box. If your box does not have this number it will be refused.
After the customer service team processes your items, you’ll receive store credit that you’ll be able to use on future orders.
